Jack Weisblat Bio

Starting with a career in the 1970’s as a mechanical engineer, Jack Weisblat knew how to successfully start with a small product and turn it into something to withstand the test of time. Setting higher sites than to sit in an office all day, he wanted to use his knowledge and skills of design and math and bring it to another level.  Having friends in NYC who dabbled in real estate, he decided to see if his skills could transition to the industry. Jack became a real estate broker and the rest was real estate history.

With a career that has spanned over four decades in the commercial and residential real estate market, Jack Weisblat has done it all. Jack followed the economic trends to bring distressed properties to profitable, income-producing ventures. Jack Weisblat’s deals involve purchase, ownership, rehabilitation, management, rental and/or sale of both residential and commercial real estate. He has worked diligently to make investors substantial returns on their investments time after time, deal after deal.
